Buhari & Governors meet in Aso Rock

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday met with the 36 state governors of Nigeria at the Presidential Villa, Abuja . . .

The meeting, which is taking place in the Council Chamber, started after the President’s meeting with his ruling APC leaders and the opposition PDP leaders, and almost immediately after the President observed his jumaat prayer in the mosque by his office.

Some of the governors also joined the President for the jumaat prayer.

A tweet on the Presidency’s official twitter handle says the meeting is holding at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

“President @MBuhari is meeting with the 36 State Governors this afternoon, at the State House,” the tweet reads.
